ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that during peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.
SHIPPING TIMES AND DELIVERY RATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (e.g., courier delays, weather conditions).

- Selected international destinations

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
For international orders, you may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
LOST, STOLEN OR DELAYED PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you experience any issues, please contact the carrier directly.
If your package is significantly delayed, feel free to contact us and we will do our best to assist.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please ensure that all shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
